Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) is a charity started by Tim Ballard (Sound of Freedom was based on his work) which is an entity that has existed for some time.
Dr. Dan Preece, a woodturner in Utah, started the fundraising website www.artforOUR.org to raise funds for Operation Underground Railroad.
As the website says, they exist to rescue children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation around the globe.
